Note: Apiary Master does not require an account. All data (apiaries, hives, queens, inspections, varroa records, harvests, equipment, reminders, preferences, premium status) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open Apiary Master
- Go to the Apiaries tab
- Open an apiary and tap the delete icon to remove that apiary and all related hives, queens, inspections, varroa records, harvests and reminders
- Repeat for every apiary to clear all data
Option 2: Uninstall the App
- Long-press the Apiary Master icon on your home screen
- Select "Uninstall" or drag to the uninstall area
- All locally stored data is permanently deleted
Option 3: Email Request
If you need written confirmation of data deletion or have questions:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Apiary Master"
We will respond within 48 hours confirming that no server-side data exists for your account.
What Gets Deleted
- All saved apiary profiles
- All hives, queens and inspection records
- All varroa counts and treatment history
- All harvest records
- All equipment inventory
- All reminders (and their scheduled notifications)
- App preferences and theme settings
- Premium purchase status (note: purchase can be restored via Google Play Restore Purchases)
What We Cannot Delete
- Google Play purchase records: Managed by Google. Contact Google Play support to request purchase history removal.
- AdMob advertising data: Managed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for ad data deletion.
Data Retention
Since all user data is stored locally on your device, there is no server-side data retention. Once you uninstall the app or clear data, it is permanently gone and cannot be recovered.
