Terms of Service for Apiary Master

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Apiary Master ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Apiary Master is a beekeeping management app that provides:
- Apiary and hive profile management
- Queen records (mark color, year, source, replacement history)
- Inspection logging with weather, observations and brood pattern notes
- Varroa mite count tracking with infestation threshold alerts
- Treatment history records
- Harvest tracking (honey, wax, propolis)
- Equipment inventory
- Nectar flow reference calendar for 50 US states
- Inspection, treatment and seasonal reminders
- PDF inspection and harvest reports
Important Disclaimer: Apiary Master is provided for personal record-keeping and reference use only. It is not a substitute for guidance from a certified bee inspector, master beekeeper, agricultural extension agent or licensed veterinarian. Varroa thresholds, treatment recommendations and nectar flow calendars are general references and may not be appropriate for every region, climate, season or colony. Always consult local beekeeping associations and your state apiary inspector for region-specific advice. Improper hive management can harm bee colonies and may violate local agricultural regulations.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free Tier: Track 1 apiary with up to 2 hives, log inspections and varroa counts, view the bundled nectar flow calendar, schedule basic reminders. Ad-supported.
- Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase): Unlimited apiaries and hives, unlimited inspection and harvest history, unlimited reminders, PDF inspection and harvest report exports, ad-free experience. Price is displayed dynamically by Google Play in your local currency.
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and functionality of Apiary Master are the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App. The bundled nectar flow data is provided for personal reference only.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use the App for personal beekeeping record-keeping and reference only
- Do not rely on the App as a substitute for inspector, veterinary or master-beekeeper advice
- Comply with all local, state and federal apiary registration, inspection and treatment regulations
- Follow product labels for any varroa treatments or medications
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Maintain your own backups of records (data is stored locally only)
6. Limitation of Liability
Apiary Master and Corithm Flow Matrix are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Colony losses, swarms, absconding or queen failures
- Outcomes of varroa treatments or other interventions based on records in the App
- Compliance with local apiary regulations
- Honey quality, food safety or harvest yields
- Stings or other injuries to handlers, neighbors or third parties
- Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
- Missed reminders due to operating-system battery optimization or device settings
- Service interruptions or app unavailability
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
