By downloading, installing, or using Aquarium Chemistry Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Aquarium Chemistry Pro is a comprehensive aquarium management app for freshwater and saltwater hobbyists. Features include:

5 chemistry calculators (Water Change, Salt Mix, CO2, RO/DI, Fertilizer)
Multi-tank water parameter logging (pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and more)
Species compatibility checker with 60+ species across 18 categories
Nitrogen cycle progress tracker with stage analysis
Per-tank photo journal with camera and gallery support
9 preset maintenance task reminders plus custom tasks
Disease symptom reference guide
Stocking level checker

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited tank profiles
All 5 calculators with unlimited history
Unlimited photo journal entries per tank
Full species compatibility database
Advanced chemistry trend charts
No advertisements

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (calculator logic, species data, UI design, question databases) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, aquarium chemistry science, species care requirements, and compatibility guidelines vary widely among individual fish and tank conditions. Always cross-reference with authoritative sources (your local fish store, specialist forums, veterinary advice) before acting on any recommendation from this app.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF LIVESTOCK OR DAMAGE TO AQUARIUM EQUIPMENT.
