By downloading, installing or using Astrology & Horoscope ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Entertainment Only — No Professional Advice. All horoscopes, compatibility readings, numerology, tarot meanings, dream interpretations, birth-chart estimates and other content are provided strictly for entertainment and self-reflection. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice. Never make important decisions based solely on the App. Astrological and divinatory content is not scientifically proven.

4. Use of the App

The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. The price shown at the time of purchase is final. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its policies.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, text, design and features within the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may share individual readings, cards or affirmations for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any content is accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the App's content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
