1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Astrophotography Planner ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a planning tool for amateur astronomers and astrophotographers. It provides:

Twilight, moon-phase, and dark-window calculations
Deep-sky object catalog with rise/transit/set planning
Field-of-view simulation, exposure and integration calculators
Local imaging-session and frame logging
Optional weather forecast retrieval (Open-Meteo)

The App is provided for planning purposes only. Astronomical computations are based on standard low-precision algorithms and may differ from professional ephemerides by tens of seconds.

3. No Professional Advice

Calculations and recommendations in the App are educational and informational only. They are not a substitute for professional planetarium software, observatory ephemerides, or formal astrometric data. Always cross-check critical values (e.g. occultations, eclipse timing) with authoritative sources before relying on them.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Free tier includes core planning features with volume limits (one observing site, two gear setups, five logged sessions, and the first 60 catalog objects). Free users see ads.

Pro Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase via Google Play that unlocks unlimited sites, gear, sessions, and the full catalog, and removes ads. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase and varies by region.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for Pro Lifetime are handled by Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent in-app purchase verification
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
Redistribute or resell the App or its content

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, branding, and bundled deep-sky catalog data, is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. Catalog object names and properties (Messier, NGC, IC) are public-domain astronomical reference data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corithm Flow Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost imaging time, missed astronomical events, or equipment damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
