Terms of Service for Australia Tax & Super

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Australia Tax & Super ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What the App Does

Australia Tax & Super is an offline calculator for Australian pay and tax. Features include:

Take-home pay with income tax (resident and foreign-resident brackets), the Medicare levy and surcharge, and the Low Income Tax Offset
Superannuation guarantee, super co-contribution, LISTO, salary packaging and novated-lease basics
HECS/HELP repayment estimate and indexation view
GST calculator and ABN sole-trader income, work-from-home deduction, capital gains estimate, PAYG instalment and negative-gearing views
Save & compare scenarios, PDF/CSV export, multiple profiles, backup & restore, and a payday home-screen widget

Estimate only — not tax or financial advice. All results are estimates based on figures you enter and simplified assumptions (for example a single taxpayer with no other deductions or offsets). The App is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the ATO or the Australian Government and does not connect to the ATO, myGov, or your bank. Calculations may not reflect your exact circumstances. Always verify with the ATO or a registered tax agent before making decisions. Corithm Flow Matrix is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the App.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free includes all calculators, up to 3 saved scenarios, one profile, and shows ads.

Pro (one-time lifetime purchase) adds unlimited saved scenarios, side-by-side scenario comparison, PDF/CSV export, multiple profiles, and removes ads.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pro can be restored on reinstall via Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App. The content and design are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix.

6. Accuracy & Updates

You are responsible for the accuracy of the values you enter and for selecting the correct financial year. Tax rules change and the App may be updated periodically; we do not guarantee it is free of errors or fully current.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY FINANCIAL OR TAX LOSS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
