By downloading, installing or using Cocktail & Mocktail Recipes ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Age Requirement & Responsible Drinking

The App contains recipes and information about alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country) to use it. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. Do not use alcohol if you are pregnant, under medication that interacts with alcohol, or have a medical condition that makes drinking unsafe. Know your limits.

Informational Purpose Only

Recipes, estimated alcohol-by-volume (ABV) and estimated calorie figures are provided for general information and entertainment. Estimates are approximate and vary with brands, measures and preparation. The App is not a substitute for professional dietary, medical or nutritional advice.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer the App or its bundled content.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade that unlocks premium recipe packs, unlimited custom recipes, party mode with PDF batch sheets, and removes ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.

Advertising

User-Created Content

Custom recipes you create are stored only on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recipes, measurements or estimates are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including any consequences of consuming alcohol or preparing any drink.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
