Cosmetology State Board Master is an educational flashcard and quiz application designed to help cosmetology students prepare for state board licensing examinations. The App provides:

• Spaced Repetition System (SRS) flashcard study mode
• Practice quiz simulation (NIC exam format)
• Top 100 Must-Know Terms deck
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Optional premium features via in-app purchase

3. Educational Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: This app is for educational and study purposes only. We make no guarantee that use of this app will result in passing any state board examination. Content may not reflect the most current state regulations, exam formats, or licensing requirements.

Always verify current regulations with your state's cosmetology licensing board. The National Interstate Council (NIC) is not affiliated with this app.

4. In-App Purchases

Free Tier: Access to 400 flashcards, Top 100 Terms, and 2 practice quizzes per week with banner advertisements.

Beauty Pro ($3.99 USD one-time): Unlocks all 1,000 flashcards, unlimited quizzes, and removes all advertisements. This is a one-time non-consumable purchase.

• All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy
• Purchases are non-transferable and tied to your Google Play account
• Prices may vary by region and are set by Google Play
• To restore purchases, use the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Circumvent any access restrictions or premium content locks
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws
• Share, redistribute, or resell app content

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Cosmetology State Board Master, including flashcard content, quiz questions, app design, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. Content is based on publicly available cosmetology education standards.

You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7. Advertisements

The free version displays advertisements via Google AdMob. These ads are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Failure to pass a state board examination
• Loss of study data due to device failure or app uninstallation
• Inaccuracies in educational content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
