1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Date Tools: Age & Countdown ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Informational Use Only

The App provides date calculations and reference information, including age, date differences, countdowns, "life in numbers" estimates, zodiac signs, sunrise/sunset times, and pregnancy due-date estimates. These are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only:

Estimates are approximate. "Life in numbers" figures (heartbeats, breaths, sleep) are population averages, not measurements.
Due-date estimates use a standard formula (Naegele's rule) and are not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional.
Zodiac information is provided for entertainment only.
Sunrise/sunset and working-day results are approximations; verify against official sources where accuracy is critical.

4. Reminders & Notifications

The App schedules local reminders on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered exactly on time, as delivery depends on your device and its power-saving settings.

5. Ads and Purchases

The free version displays ads. An optional one-time Pro purchase removes ads and unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms.

6. Your Data

All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up any information you wish to keep. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that calculations will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its calculations.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
