Overview

DecoMorph ("the App") is an interior-design visualizer that lets you redesign rooms from your own photos. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. In short: your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else.

Photos & On-Device Processing

When you take or select a room photo, all analysis (surface detection) and editing (recolouring, materials, décor and furniture staging) runs locally on your device using a bundled, offline AI model. Your photos are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server. We have no access to them.

Data We Collect

Locally on your device only:

• Room photos you capture or select (used only while editing)
• Designs you save (before/after images stored on your device)
• App preferences (theme, large-print setting, saved colours)
• Premium purchase status

We do not collect names, emails, accounts, or location. The App has no login and no cloud sync.

Permissions We Request

• Camera: Only if you choose to photograph a room inside the App.
• Internet: Required only to (a) display ads on the free tier and (b) verify Google Play in-app purchases.

To choose an existing photo, the App uses the Android Photo Picker, which does not require any storage or media permission — you select a single photo and only that photo is shared with the App.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob: Displays ads to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Processes the one-time Pro upgrade. Purchase data is handled by Google.
• Google Play Integrity: Used to help confirm the app is a genuine, unmodified install. No personal data is collected.

Data Storage

All saved designs, preferences and premium status are stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud database and no account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data. The only data leaving your device is:

• Ad interaction data (Google AdMob, free-tier users only)
• Purchase verification (Google Play Billing & Play Integrity)

When you share a design image, it is shared only through the app you pick (e.g. messaging, email, cloud drive). We never receive a copy.

Children's Privacy

The App is a general-purpose design tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Rights

You can delete all app data at any time by deleting saved designs in the App, clearing the app's data in your device Settings, or uninstalling the App. See our Data Deletion page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
