How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your EPA 608 HVAC Master account and associated cloud data, please send an email to:
dev@corithmflowmatrix.com
Information to Include in Your Request
- Subject line: "EPA 608 HVAC Master - Account Deletion Request"
- Your Firebase Anonymous User ID (found in Settings → About → User ID)
- Device model and Android version (optional, helps us locate your data faster)
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data:
- Your Firebase Anonymous User ID
- Study progress and statistics synced to cloud (Firestore)
- Quiz results and category scores
- Study streaks and last practice date
- Mastered categories list
- All cloud sync data stored in Firebase
What Data Will NOT Be Deleted
- Local device data: Progress stored on your device remains unless you uninstall the app
- Premium purchase: Google Play purchase history (managed by Google, not us)
- Anonymous analytics: Aggregated anonymous usage statistics (no personal data)
Deletion Timeframe
Your cloud data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Alternative: Automatic Deletion
If you simply uninstall the app without requesting manual deletion:
- All local device data is immediately removed when you uninstall
- Cloud sync data is automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity
- No email request needed - just uninstall and wait 90 days
In-App Data Management
You can also manage your data directly in the app:
- Open the app
- Go to Settings → Data
- Tap "Clear Cloud Data" to remove cloud sync data immediately
- Tap "Reset Progress" to clear local device data
