The App collects MINIMAL information to function properly:

Study Progress Data (Stored Locally)

• Flashcard study history and mastery levels
• Practice test scores and performance statistics
• Category-specific progress tracking
• Spaced repetition algorithm data

This data is stored ONLY on your device using SQLite database. It is NOT uploaded to any servers.

App Analytics (via Firebase)

• App usage statistics (screens viewed, features used)
• Crash reports for debugging
• Anonymous device information (OS version, device model)
• Country-level location (for analytics purposes only)

Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does NOT collect:

• Name, email, or phone number
• Precise location data (GPS coordinates)
• Camera or microphone access
• Contacts or call logs
• Files or photos from your device

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob (For Free Users)

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob for non-premium users. AdMob may collect:

In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App offers a one-time premium upgrade ($3.99 USD) to remove ads. This purchase is handled by:

We do NOT store your payment information. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play. Your purchase is linked to your Google Play account for restoration purposes.

Data Security

All data stored locally is protected by your device's security mechanisms. The App does NOT transmit study progress data over the internet. Ad network communications use industry-standard HTTPS encryption.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App is intended for users aged 18+ (restaurant managers and food safety professionals). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

• Study progress: Stored locally until you delete the app
• Analytics data: Retained by Firebase for 60 days (anonymous)
