Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HomeEd Planner Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HomeEd Planner Pro is a homeschool planning and management application available on Android (Google Play Store) and Windows desktop (Microsoft Store, branded as "HomeEd Planner Pro - Command Center"). The App helps parents/guardians:

• Track multiple children's homeschool progress
• Plan and schedule lessons
• Record grades and calculate GPA
• Track attendance
• Generate transcripts and reports (Premium and Command Center)
• Sync data across devices (Premium and Command Center)
• Manage photo portfolios via Google Drive (Command Center desktop only)
• Manage reading lists and lesson templates (Command Center desktop only)

3. Free vs. Premium vs. Command Center Features

3.1 Free Version (Android)

• Unlimited children profiles
• Lesson planning (last 2 weeks only)
• Grade tracking (last 2 weeks only)
• Attendance tracking (last 2 weeks only)
• Local data storage only

3.2 Premium Version — $12.49 Lifetime (Android)

• All free features PLUS:
• Full data history (unlimited access to all past records)
• Transcript generation (college-ready PDF transcripts)
• Attendance reports (state-compliant PDF reports)
• Cloud sync (backup and sync across devices via Firebase)
• Remove ads (when ads are added in future updates)
• Priority email support (24-hour response time)

3.3 Command Center — $17.49 Lifetime (Windows Desktop)

• All Premium features PLUS:
• Photo Portfolio with Google Drive storage (photos stored in YOUR Google Drive)
• Reading List management
• Lesson Template library
• Desktop-optimized dashboard with sidebar navigation
• Full keyboard & mouse support
• Device limit: Maximum 2 Windows devices per account
• Offline grace period: 7 days without internet connection

3.4 Command Center Upgrade — $5.00 (Existing Premium Users)

• Available to users who already purchased Mobile Premium ($12.49)
• Unlocks Command Center desktop features at a discounted price

3.5 Extra Child Slot — $2.49 (Mobile)

• Free users can track 1 child by default
• Purchase additional child slots for $2.49 each (consumable)
• Premium and Command Center users have unlimited children included

4. Payment and Refunds

• Mobile Premium: One-time purchase of $12.49 USD (lifetime license, no subscription) via Google Play Store
• Command Center: One-time purchase of $17.49 USD (lifetime license, no subscription) via Microsoft Store
• Command Center Upgrade: $5.00 USD for existing Mobile Premium users
• Extra Child Slot: $2.49 USD per slot (consumable, via Google Play Store)
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at dev@corithmflowmatrix.com or request through your app store.
• Restore Purchase: Mobile Premium features can be restored on other Android devices using the same Google account. Command Center licenses are tied to your Firebase account and limited to 2 Windows devices.

4.5 Device Limits (Command Center)

• Command Center licenses are limited to 2 Windows devices per account
• A device fingerprint is generated when you first sign in on the desktop app
• To transfer your license to a new device, you must deregister an existing device first (contact support)
• Offline access is available for up to 7 days without an internet connection, after which you must reconnect to verify your license

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating children profiles
• Use the App only for legal homeschooling purposes
• Backup your data regularly (especially free users with local-only storage)
• Comply with your state's homeschool laws and regulations
• Not share your premium account with others
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HomeEd Planner Pro (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are the exclusive property of Corithm Flow Matrix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. State Compliance Features

The App offers state-specific features (e.g., Pennsylvania audit reports, New York quarterly reports). These features are:

• Based on publicly available state regulations (as of February 2026)
• NOT legal advice or guaranteed to meet all state requirements
• Subject to change as state laws change
• Premium features that may require additional customization by the user

9. Data Backup and Loss

Free Users: Data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or lose/damage your device, your data will be lost. We are NOT responsible for data loss.

Premium and Command Center Users: Cloud Sync provides backup, but you should still maintain local backups. We are not liable for data loss due to technical issues, account deletion, or third-party service failures.

Photo Portfolio (Command Center): Photos are stored in your personal Google Drive. If you delete photos from Google Drive directly, they will no longer appear in the app. We are not responsible for photos deleted from your Google Drive outside of the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corithm Flow Matrix shall NOT be liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Missed homeschool compliance deadlines
• College application rejections
• State audit failures
• Inaccurate GPA calculations due to user input errors
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the App for violating these Terms
• Modify or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time
• Delete cloud data after 1 year of account inactivity (with 30 days notice)

Premium users who paid for lifetime access will receive a pro-rated refund if we discontinue the App within 5 years of purchase.

13. Updates and Changes

We may:

• Release app updates to fix bugs or add features
• Change these Terms of Service (with 30 days notice for significant changes)
• Adjust pricing for new users (existing premium users keep their lifetime license)

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (where Corithm Flow Matrix is based), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

BY USING HOMEED PLANNER PRO, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
