By downloading, installing, or using Indie Filmmaker Companion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Indie Filmmaker Companion is a film production planning and management app for independent filmmakers. Features include:

Project, scene, and shot list management
Storyboard sketching with an on-device drawing canvas
Call sheet creation and shooting schedule planning
Location scouting, continuity, crew, and equipment tracking
Budget tracking with PDF report export
Film festival submission tracker
Production calculators (lens angle of view, exposure, color temperature, digital slate)

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Up to 1 active film project
Core planning tools with limited capacity
Ads

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited film projects
All planning and production tools without limits
PDF budget report export
No ads

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (calculator logic, reference data, UI design) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, film production requirements vary widely among individual projects and conditions. Always cross-reference with authoritative sources before acting on any recommendation from this app.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
