1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Investment & Retirement Planner ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What the App Does

Investment & Retirement Planner is an offline financial-planning toolkit. Features include:

SIP (with step-up), lumpsum/compound, and FD/RD calculators
Retirement planner, FIRE & coast-FIRE, and goal-based planning
Inflation/future-value, emergency-fund, rule-of-72, capital-gains estimate, retirement drawdown simulator, and dividend reinvestment (DRIP)
Projection charts, year-by-year breakdowns, saved scenarios with side-by-side compare, and a multi-goal dashboard
PDF/CSV export and on-device backup/restore

Illustrative projections only — not financial, investment or tax advice. All results are estimates based on the assumptions you enter (returns, inflation, time horizons) and may not reflect real outcomes. Returns are not guaranteed and markets carry risk. The App is not affiliated with any bank, broker, fund or tax authority. The capital-gains feature uses editable illustrative default rates that are not official figures. Always consult a qualified financial or tax professional before making decisions. Corithm Flow Matrix is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the App.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free includes every calculator with charts and breakdowns, up to 3 saved scenarios and up to 2 tracked goals, and shows ads.

Pro (one-time lifetime purchase) adds unlimited saved scenarios, unlimited goals, side-by-side scenario compare, PDF & CSV export, and removes ads.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pro can be restored on reinstall via Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App. The calculators, content, and design are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix.

6. Accuracy & Updates

Financial formulas are standard but simplified for clarity. Default rates and presets can change; we do not guarantee the App always reflects the latest rules in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
