Your Data Is Stored Locally

IronForge: Gym Workout Trainer does not use accounts and does not store any of your data on our servers. All of your workouts, personal records, custom routines, body metrics, progress photos, diet preferences, and settings are stored only on your device.

How to Delete All Your Data

You have several ways to permanently delete your data:

Option 1 — In the App (recommended)

  1. Open IronForge.
  2. Go to the Train tab and tap the Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Scroll to Support & legal and tap "Delete my data".
  4. Confirm. This permanently erases all logged sets, sessions, PRs, routines, body metrics, and photos on your device.

Option 2 — Clear App Data

  1. Open your device Settings → Apps → IronForge.
  2. Tap Storage → Clear Data.

Option 3 — Uninstall the App

Uninstalling IronForge removes all locally stored data from your device.

Note on purchases: A one-time Pro purchase is tied to your Google account, not to app data. If you reinstall the App, you can restore Pro from Settings → "Restore purchases". Deleting app data does not remove your Google Play purchase record.
