Terms of Service for Job Application Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Job Application Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What the App Does

Job Application Tracker is an offline, private job-search organiser. Features include:

Add applications and move them through a status pipeline (Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected) shown as a board or list
Follow-up reminders with local notifications
Interview log (date, type, interviewer, questions, notes, outcome)
Contacts per company, and the CV / cover-letter version used per application
Interview-prep question bank with your own answers, and a STAR story bank
Company research and salary-negotiation notes
Offer comparison, stats (applications per week, response rate, funnel), and a calendar view
PDF/CSV export, JSON backup & restore, custom pipeline statuses, and a follow-ups home-screen widget

Personal organisation tool — not advice. The App helps you keep track of your own job search. It does not provide career, legal, financial, or employment advice, and does not apply to jobs on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for your own job-search decisions.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free includes the full pipeline, follow-up reminders, interview log, prep questions, stats and calendar, up to 15 applications, up to 3 STAR stories, up to 2 saved offers, and shows ads.

Pro (one-time lifetime purchase) adds unlimited applications, STAR stories and offers, PDF/CSV export, custom pipeline statuses, the follow-ups home-screen widget, and removes ads.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pro can be restored on reinstall via Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App. The content and design are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix.

6. Accuracy & Updates

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not guarantee the App is free of errors and may update it periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
