By downloading, installing, or using Lactation & Pumping Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. This App is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over.

2. Description of Service

Lactation & Pumping Tracker is a tracking app for breastfeeding and pumping parents. Features include:

Pump session logging (duration, volume per side)
Feeding session logging (breast and bottle)
Milk stash inventory with first-in-first-out guidance
Milk storage guidelines reference
Power pumping timer
Reimbursement receipt tracking
Lactation consultant notes
Diet/intake log
Pumping reminders
Return-to-work planning tools

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Full pump and feed logging
Milk stash inventory
Storage guidelines, power-pump timer, and tools
The most recent 7 days of session history
Ads

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited session history (beyond 7 days)
PDF reimbursement reports
No advertisements

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (reference guidelines, UI design, tools) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY HEALTH-RELATED OUTCOME.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
