By downloading, installing, or using Manifestation & Vision Board ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or use the App under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

The App is an offline self-improvement and journaling tool. Features include:

Digital vision boards with photos, text, and stickers
An affirmation library, custom affirmations, and voice affirmations
A gratitude journal with daily prompts and streaks
Goals and intentions with milestones and check-ins
A manifestation journal (scripting, dream-life letters, and the 369 method)
Moon-ritual prompts, a home-screen widget, and reminders

It does not guarantee any particular financial, health, relationship, career, or other outcome, and makes no promise that any goal, wish, or intention will be achieved. You are solely responsible for the choices and actions you take.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free tier includes:

Vision boards (with limits on the number of boards and images)
The full affirmation library, plus a limited number of custom and voice affirmations
Gratitude journal, goals, manifestation journal, and 369 tracking
Banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements

Pro tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited vision boards, images, goals, and voice affirmations
Premium affirmation packs and ambient background music
Export boards as images and journals as PDF
No advertisements

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Your Content

All content you create (boards, journals, affirmations, recordings) is stored locally on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep before uninstalling.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's affirmation library, prompts, templates, design, and code are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DECISIONS MADE OR OUTCOMES EXPECTED IN RELIANCE ON THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
