1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Net Worth & Asset Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What the App Does

Net Worth & Asset Tracker is an offline, private personal-finance tool. Features include:

Track assets (cash, bank, property, vehicles, investments, valuables, other) and liabilities (mortgage, loans, credit cards, other)
Live net worth (assets minus liabilities)
Monthly history snapshots and a net-worth trend chart
Asset-allocation pie, category breakdown, and optional targets with drift alerts
Multi-currency entries with a manual exchange rate
Loan amortization schedule, savings-rate, debt-to-asset ratio, FIRE progress, emergency-fund months, and milestone alerts
Monthly snapshot reminder, PDF/CSV export, JSON backup & restore, optional PIN/biometric lock, and a home-screen widget

Calculations (net worth, allocation, amortization, FIRE, ratios) are informational only and may not reflect your exact circumstances. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making decisions. Corithm Flow Matrix is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the App.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free includes full net-worth tracking, up to 8 accounts, up to 12 snapshots, the trend chart, allocation view, and shows ads.

Pro (one-time lifetime purchase) adds unlimited accounts and snapshots, PDF/CSV export, the monthly snapshot reminder, allocation targets and drift alerts, and removes ads.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription.
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pro can be restored on reinstall via Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App. The content and design are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix.

6. Accuracy & Updates

You are responsible for the accuracy of the values you enter. We do not guarantee the App is free of errors and may update it periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
