1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Game Night: Party & 2-Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

The App is intended for a teen and adult audience. You confirm that you meet the minimum age required to use this App in your country. All content is light-hearted and intended for entertainment.

3. Description of Service

Game Night is an offline collection of party and two-player games for entertainment. Features include:

Truth or Dare, Would You Rather, and Never Have I Ever card games
Most Likely To and Story Starters prompts
Charades with a timer and buzzer
Pick & Spin tools: wheel of names, team picker, dice and coin
Two-player pass-and-play: Tic-Tac-Toe, Connect Four, Dots & Boxes, Hangman, and Reaction Duel
Guess the Picture emoji puzzles
A universal scoreboard and single-elimination tournament bracket
Custom cards you can create, import, and share

Entertainment Disclaimer: All prompts, cards, dares, and puzzle content are provided for entertainment and social fun only. You are responsible for your own conduct while playing. Do not perform any dare or activity that is unsafe, illegal, or that you are not comfortable with. Corithm Flow Matrix is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the way players choose to play.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Every game mode, fully playable
A generous free pack for each card game and charades
The core two-player games and all Pick & Spin tools
A limited number of custom cards
Advertisements

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

All premium card, question, and picture packs
Unlimited custom cards, plus import and share
Extra two-player games
No advertisements

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the App, and not to use the App in any unlawful manner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (game logic, card and puzzle databases, UI design, artwork) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Cards you create within the App remain yours to share.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
