1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Personality & IQ Quizzes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use this App.

3. Description of Service

Personality & IQ Quizzes is an offline collection of quizzes and self-discovery tools. Features include:

IQ-style practice tests (logic, pattern, numerical, verbal, spatial)
Emotional intelligence, reaction-time, and memory tests
Personality typologies and trait profiles
Career-fit and love-language quizzes
Fun and relationship quizzes, plus a two-player couples game
A daily brain teaser and quiz of the day
Shareable result cards, result history, streaks, and badges

Entertainment Disclaimer: All quizzes, personality types, and scores in this App are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are NOT a clinical, psychological, medical, educational, or diagnostic assessment. "IQ" scores are indicative estimates from a short practice test and do not represent a professionally administered intelligence evaluation. Do not rely on any result in this App to make health, career, relationship, financial, or other important decisions. Corithm Flow Matrix is not responsible for any outcome resulting from use of this App.

4. Free App and Optional Ad Removal

Every feature in this app is free, including all quizzes and tests, detailed full reports, save-and-compare over time, PDF export, result history, daily teaser, streaks, and badges.

The app is supported by advertisements. As an optional convenience, a single one-time purchase (no subscription) removes all ads. This purchase does not unlock any features — everything is already available for free.

5. In-App Purchases

The optional ad-removal purchase is processed by Google Play
It is a one-time purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Ad-free status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (question banks, scoring logic, result descriptions, UI design, and artwork) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON QUIZ RESULTS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
