By downloading, installing, or using Pest Control Tech 2026 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pest Control Tech 2026 is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for pest control technician licensing examinations. The App provides:
- Practice questions covering 5 states (AZ, CA, FL, OH, TX)
- State-specific exam content with multiple categories
- Study mode and mock exam simulator
- Pest identification guide with 100+ common pests
- Pesticide reference database with safety information
- Chemical calculation tools (dilutions, area mix, wettable powder)
- CEU (Continuing Education Unit) tracker
- Performance analytics and progress tracking
- Study reminder notifications
- Bookmarking system for difficult questions

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success
The App is a study aid only. While the App provides comprehensive practice questions, we do NOT guarantee that you will pass your pest control technician licensing exam. Exam success depends on:
- Your individual study effort and comprehension
- State-specific exam variations and requirements
- Exam format changes by licensing authorities
- Current pesticide regulations and laws
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying current exam requirements with your state licensing authority
- Ensuring content accuracy for your specific state and license category
- Supplementing App content with official state study materials
- Meeting all licensing requirements (pre-licensing education, background checks, etc.)
- Following all applicable federal, state, and local pesticide laws and regulations
4. Content Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date pest control exam content. However:
- Pesticide regulations and approved products change frequently
- State licensing requirements vary and may differ from App content
- Content may not reflect the most recent regulatory changes
- The App is not a substitute for official pre-licensing courses or hands-on training
Always verify critical pesticide and regulatory information with:
- Your state Department of Agriculture
- EPA official pesticide databases
- Approved pesticide product labels
- State-approved pre-licensing education providers

- Ad-supported experience (banner, interstitial, app-open, native ads)
- Basic tools (limited access)
Pro Version ($3.99 USD one-time):
- All practice questions for all 5 states, all categories
- Unlimited mock exams
- All chemical calculation tools unlocked
- Full pest identification database
- Complete pesticide reference database
- Full CEU tracker
- Zero ads (removes all AdMob advertisements)
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy:
- 48-hour refund window for accidental purchases
- Contact Google Play Support for refund requests
- The App developer does not process refunds directly

7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including practice questions, pest identification content, chemical calculation algorithms, and UI design — is the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute App content
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use App content for commercial purposes
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: EXAM FAILURE, LICENSING DENIAL, OR DAMAGES FROM RELIANCE ON APP CONTENT FOR ACTUAL PESTICIDE APPLICATIONS.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
