Phlebotomy Tech Master 2026 ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our NHA-CPT phlebotomy certification exam preparation application.

Data We Collect

Locally on your device only:

• Study progress (flashcard ratings, SRS states, streaks)
• Practice exam results by category
• App preferences and settings (daily goal, dark mode)
• Premium purchase status

No personal information is required — no account creation, no email, no sign-in.

Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)

Free users see banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising ID (for ad targeting)
• General usage data for ad optimization

Upgrading to Phlebotomy Pro removes all ads permanently. See Google's Privacy Policy for AdMob details.

Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data:

• Screen views and navigation patterns
• Feature usage (which study modes are used most)
• Crash reports (to improve stability)
• NO personal identifiers are collected

In-App Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do NOT receive:

• Credit card or payment details
• Billing address
• Google account information

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google (AdMob, Analytics, Play) as described above
• When required by law

Data Retention

All study data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data. To request deletion of any analytics data, contact us below.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
