This App is a study aid and exam preparation tool for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam. It is NOT:

• A guarantee of passing the NHA-CPT exam

4. In-App Purchases

• Free Tier: Access to limited flashcards and exams with ads
• Phlebotomy Pro: One-time purchase for full access and ad removal
• All purchases are non-refundable (per Google Play policy)
• Refund requests should be directed to Google Play

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and code are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass premium features or ad systems
• Redistribute app content without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to exam results, career decisions, or data loss.
