Terms of Service for Photo Studio: Collage & ID

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Photo Studio: Collage & ID ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the App.

3. Description of Service

Photo Studio is an all-in-one, offline photo toolkit. Features include:

Collage maker with layouts, spacing, corners, and backgrounds
Passport & ID photo maker with 100+ country/size specifications and print-sheet layout
Resize, crop, rotate, flip, and shape crop
Compress to quality and convert between JPG, PNG, and WebP
Adjust (brightness, contrast, saturation) and photo filters
Sticker maker with background cutout
Image-to-PDF with multi-page export
Festival, birthday, classic, and greeting frames
Name art, text-on-photo, and meme text
Custom watermark (text or logo)
Background eraser (automatic and manual)
QR code generator and scanner
EXIF viewer and one-tap metadata remover
GIF maker, before/after comparison, and color picker

Passport / ID Disclaimer: Passport and ID photo sizes are provided as general guidance based on commonly published specifications. Requirements (background color, head size, expression, and other rules) vary by country and authority and may change. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant official authority before submitting a photo. Corithm Flow Matrix is not responsible for rejected applications.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier: Full access to every tool, with reasonable usage limits (for example, a limited number of saved projects, sticker packs, batch items, and PDF pages), standard-quality export, and ads.

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase): Removes ads, unlocks HD / original-quality export, batch resize and compress, watermark-free premium frames, exclusive packs, and unlimited saved projects and sticker packs.

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

6. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the images you process and the content you create. You agree not to use the App to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You must own or have the right to use any image you edit.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's design, code, bundled data, and assets are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. Images you create remain yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
