1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pickleball Stat & Bracket ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pickleball Stat & Bracket is a recreational pickleball companion app that provides:
- Match logging for singles and doubles play
- Elo-style rating calculation based on your match history
- Player and match statistics
- Single-elimination bracket builder for casual tournaments
- Bundled drill library with 50 drills across 8 categories and 3 skill levels
- Local court roster
Important Disclaimer: Pickleball Stat & Bracket is provided for recreational and informational use only. Elo ratings, statistics, and bracket seedings are based on the data you enter and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or recognized by USA Pickleball, the DUPR rating system, the PPA Tour, the APP Tour, or any sanctioning body. Bracket results from this app are not official tournament results. Always follow the rules and rating systems of any sanctioned event you participate in.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free Tier: Track up to 4 players, log unlimited matches, view core stats and ratings, build brackets up to 8 slots, access a curated subset of drills. Ad-supported.
- Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase): Unlimited players, unlimited bracket size (up to 32 slots), full drill library access, advanced charts and analytics, ad-free experience. Price is displayed dynamically by Google Play in your local currency.
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and functionality of Pickleball Stat & Bracket are the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App. The bundled drill library is for personal training use only.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use the App for personal recreational tracking and casual tournament organization only
- Do not represent app-generated ratings as official DUPR, UTPR, or sanctioned ratings
- Warm up properly and use appropriate equipment before performing any drill
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Maintain your own backups of match and player data (data is stored locally only)
6. Limitation of Liability
Pickleball Stat & Bracket and Corithm Flow Matrix are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of derived Elo ratings or statistics in all contexts
- Disputes arising from app-generated bracket results or seedings
- Injuries or physical harm resulting from performing drills
- Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
- Service interruptions or app unavailability
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
