Account & Data Deletion Request

Note: Pool Chemistry Pro does not require an account. All data (pool profiles, water test readings, calculator history, and preferences) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open Pool Chemistry Pro
- Go to Settings tab (gear icon)
- Tap "Clear All Data"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Option 2: Uninstall the App
- Long-press the Pool Chemistry Pro icon on your home screen
- Select "Uninstall" or drag to the uninstall area
- All locally stored data is permanently deleted
Option 3: Email Request
If you need confirmation of data deletion or have questions:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Pool Chemistry Pro"
We will respond within 48 hours confirming that no server-side data exists for your account.
What Gets Deleted
- All pool profiles (names, volumes, addresses, equipment notes)
- All water test readings and history
- Calculator results and history
- App preferences and theme settings
- Premium purchase status (note: purchase can be restored via Google Play)
What We Cannot Delete
- Google Play purchase records: Managed by Google. Contact Google Play support to request purchase history removal.
- AdMob advertising data: Managed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for ad data deletion.
Data Retention
Since all user data is stored locally on your device, there is no server-side data retention. Once you uninstall the app or clear data, it is permanently gone and cannot be recovered.
