By downloading, installing, or using Pregnancy & Baby Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the App.
The App is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Week-by-week content, due-date estimates, growth percentile references, vaccine schedules, and any guidance are general information only and may not apply to your situation. Always seek the advice of your midwife, doctor, or other qualified health provider with any questions about your pregnancy, your health, or your baby's health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for backing up important information.
The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks additional features and removes ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown at the point of purchase.
The free version of the App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.
All your data is stored locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corithm Flow Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any health-related decisions made based on information in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
