Overview

Range & Reload Log ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our range-session logger, reload recipe book, ballistic calculator and DOPE card generator.

Data We Collect

Locally on your device only:

• Firearm records you create (make, model, caliber, scope, zero data)
• Range sessions and per-shot data you log
• Reload recipes (powder, primer, bullet, OAL, charge weight)
• Ammunition inventory by lot
• Ballistic calculator inputs and saved profiles
• DOPE cards you generate
• Range membership card photos and expiry dates
• Training-class history entries
• App preferences (theme, units)
• Premium purchase status

We do not upload, transmit, or store any of your firearm, range, reload or inventory data on any server.

Permissions We Request

• Internet: Required to (a) display ads on the free tier and (b) verify Google Play in-app purchases.
• Camera / Photos: Required only if you choose to attach a photo of a membership card or target group. Photos are stored locally only.

Third-Party Services

• Google AdMob: Displays ads to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Processes the one-time Pro Lifetime upgrade. Purchase data is handled by Google.
• Google Play Integrity API: Verifies that the app installation is genuine to protect purchases against fraud. No personal data is collected.
• Firebase (Google): Used only for Play Integrity verification. No identifying user data is sent.

Data Storage

All firearm records, range sessions, reload recipes, inventory, DOPE cards, memberships and preferences are stored locally on your device only using SQLite. We do not have access to your data and there is no cloud sync.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to any third party. The only data leaving your device:

• Ad interaction data (Google AdMob, free-tier users only)
• Purchase verification (Google Play Billing)
• Anonymous integrity checks (Google Play Integrity)

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for adult sport shooters and hand-loaders. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older.

Your Rights

You can delete all app data at any time by:

• Deleting individual firearms, sessions, recipes or memberships from within the app
• Uninstalling the app (removes all local data)

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
