Terms of Service for Range & Reload Log

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Range & Reload Log ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
2. Description of Service
Range & Reload Log is a sport-shooting and hand-loading companion app that provides:
- Range-session logging with per-firearm tracking
- A reload recipe book for hand-loaded ammunition
- A ballistic calculator (drop, drift, time-of-flight)
- DOPE card generation with PDF export (Pro)
- Ammunition inventory tracking by lot
- Range membership card storage with expiry tracking
- Training-class history log
- NSSF-derived pre-range and post-range safety checklists
Important Safety & Legal Disclaimer: Range & Reload Log provides reference data, a calculator and record-keeping as general guidance only. It is NOT a substitute for published reloading manuals from powder and bullet manufacturers. Always work up loads from the minimum published charge, verify pressure signs at every step, and never exceed published maximum charges. Always follow the four rules of firearm safety. You are solely responsible for the safe and legal use, storage, transport and reloading of firearms and ammunition in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. Reload and shoot at your own risk.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free Tier: 1 firearm slot, last 3 days of range log history, full ballistic calculator, 1 reload recipe, 1 saved membership. Ad-supported.
- Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase): Unlimited firearms, range sessions, reload recipes, memberships and training entries. DOPE card PDF export. Ad-free experience. Price is displayed dynamically by Google Play in your local currency.
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and functionality of Range & Reload Log are the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App. The bundled safety-checklist content is for personal reference only.
5. User Responsibilities
- Use the App for personal range, reload and record-keeping use only
- Always follow published reloading manuals — App data is reference only
- Work up loads from minimum published charges and verify pressure signs at every step
- Follow the four rules of firearm safety at all times
- Comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding firearms, ammunition and reloading
- Use the App only for lawful sport-shooting, hunting and personal-defense activities
- Maintain your own backups of records (data is stored locally only)
6. Limitation of Liability
Range & Reload Log and Corithm Flow Matrix are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Personal injury, death, property damage or firearm damage resulting from use of the App, bundled data, the ballistic calculator or DOPE cards
- Outcomes of hand-loaded ammunition created using recipes saved in the App
- Accuracy of the ballistic calculator under any specific real-world condition
- Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
- Service interruptions or app unavailability
- Any legal consequences arising from the user's possession, transport or use of firearms or ammunition
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
