By downloading, installing, or using Real Estate License Prep 2026 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Real Estate License Prep 2026 is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for real estate licensing examinations. The App provides:

• State-specific exam content (1,500 questions per state)
• Study mode with 10 categories per state
• Mock exam simulator (timed 100-question exams)
• Transaction Simulator (80 real-world scenarios - 20 per state)
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Cloud sync via Firebase (optional - sync progress across devices)
• Leaderboard and social features (karma points, state rankings)
• Challenge a Friend (competitive practice mode)
• Error reporting with karma rewards system
• Pass probability predictor with personalized insights
• Exam countdown timer and study planner
• Exam reminder notifications (1 week, 3 days, 1 day, exam day)
• Daily study reminder notifications (optional)
• Real estate calculators (5 calculators)
• Flashcards (300+ terms)
• Visual learning materials (30+ diagrams)
• Bookmarking system for difficult questions
• Mastery Map (visual skill tree progress tracking)

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

The App is a study aid only. While the App provides comprehensive practice questions, we do NOT guarantee that you will pass your real estate licensing exam. Exam success depends on:

• Your individual study effort and comprehension
• State-specific exam variations
• Exam format changes by testing authorities
• Current real estate laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying exam requirements with your state licensing authority
• Ensuring content accuracy for your specific state
• Supplementing App content with official state study materials
• Meeting all licensing requirements (pre-licensing education, background checks, etc.)

4. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date real estate exam content. However:

• Real estate laws and regulations change frequently
• Content may not reflect the most recent legal changes
• State-specific requirements vary and may differ from App content
• The App is not a substitute for official pre-licensing courses

Always verify critical information with:

Free Version:

• Ad-supported experience
• Basic study mode

Premium Version ($3.99 USD one-time):

• All 1,500 questions for selected state
• Unlimited mock exams
• Transaction Simulator (80 scenarios - 20 per state)
• All 5 calculators unlocked
• All flashcards (300+ terms)
• Visual learning materials (30+ diagrams)
• Cloud sync via Firebase (backup and restore progress)
• Mastery Map (visual skill tree)
• Zero ads (removes all AdMob advertisements)

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy:

• 48-hour refund window for accidental purchases
• Contact Google Play Support for refund requests
• The App developer does not process refunds directly

7. Intellectual Property

• Create derivative works based on the App

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the App
• Using automated scripts or bots to extract content
• Sharing premium content with non-premium users
• Interfering with other users' experience

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• The App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the App
• Remove or modify features at any time
• Discontinue the App entirely

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
