1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RV & Van Life Command ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
RV & Van Life Command is an offline-friendly companion for RV and van-life travelers that provides:
- 60 bundled US dump stations (Flying J, Pilot, KOA, NPS, state parks)
- 50 bundled BLM/USFS dispersed boondocking sites
- 40 known low-clearance bridge warnings
- 6 detailed maintenance checklists (pre-departure, arrival, winterization, de-winterization, weekly maintenance, emergency kit)
- Trip planning with saved routes
- Tank, battery, propane, and tire log tracking
- Multi-rig profile management (length, height, weight, tire specs)
- Calculators (trip cost, leveling, weight)
- Live weather refresh when online
Important Disclaimer: RV & Van Life Command provides bundled site data, bridge clearances, and weather data for planning convenience only. Dump-station and boondocking data is compiled from publicly available sources and may be outdated, closed, or have changed access rules — always verify current status with the operator before relying on it. Low-clearance bridge data is informational only and is NOT a substitute for posted road signs, official trucking/RV navigation systems, or your own visual inspection. The developer is not liable for any losses, damages, citations, accidents, vehicle damage, or injuries resulting from use of this app. Always drive safely and obey all posted signs.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free Tier: Full access to bundled dump stations, boondocking sites, low-clearance bridges, and maintenance checklists. Limited number of saved trips, log entries, and rig profiles. Ad-supported.
- Premium Tier (one-time purchase): Unlimited trips, log entries, and rig profiles. Ad-free experience. Price is displayed dynamically by Google Play in your local currency.
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of RV & Van Life Command are the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
5. User Responsibilities
- Verify dump-station and boondocking site status with the operator before relying on it
- Obey all posted road signs, especially low-clearance bridge warnings
- Verify weather and road conditions with official sources before traveling
- Maintain your own backups of trip and log data (data is stored locally)
- Use the App only for lawful recreational and travel purposes
6. Limitation of Liability
RV & Van Life Command and Corithm Flow Matrix are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of bundled site, bridge, or weather data in all conditions
- Vehicle damage, citations, or fines from outdated data
- Travel accidents, injuries, or property damage
- Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
- Service interruptions or app unavailability
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
