1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SIE Exam Prep 2026 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SIE Exam Prep 2026 is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam. The App provides:

Practice questions covering Capital Markets, Investment Products, Trading and Risk
Full 75-question timed practice exams (Premium)
Financial term flashcards
Financial calculators
Quick reference guides
Progress tracking and statistics
Optional Premium upgrade to remove ads and unlock all content

3. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: This app is for educational and exam preparation purposes ONLY. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to:

FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority)
The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission)
SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation)
Any official securities licensing or testing organization

Passing the practice tests in this app does NOT guarantee passing the official SIE exam. Always refer to official FINRA study materials. The SIE exam is the sole property of FINRA.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App for lawful, educational purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Not share or redistribute Premium content without authorization
Not use the App in a way that disrupts its functionality or servers
Verify all information with official FINRA resources before relying on it for licensing
Be at least 13 years of age (SIE is generally for 18+ year olds)

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content (questions, explanations, flashcards, code, design) are owned by Corithm Flow Matrix and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content
Create derivative works based on the App
Sell or transfer the App or its content
Screen capture or reproduce question content for redistribution

6. Premium Purchase

The App offers an optional Premium in-app purchase:

Price: $3.99 USD (one-time lifetime payment)
Benefits: Remove all ads, full 75-question timed exams, complete flashcard deck (500 cards), unlimited study access
Tied to Google Play Account: Purchase carries over if you reinstall on the same account

Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play. Contact Google Play support for refund requests within their policy window. We cannot process refunds directly.

7. Advertisements

The free version displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge and agree to viewing ads. Purchase Premium at any time to remove all ads.

8. No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do NOT guarantee:

That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
That all practice questions will match the current official SIE exam content
Any specific exam score or passing result
That content is current with the latest FINRA exam updates

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Corithm Flow Matrix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the App
Failure to pass the official SIE exam
Any financial decisions made based on App content
Data loss or corruption

10. Content Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date content. However, securities regulations and exam content change. We cannot guarantee that all content reflects the most current version of the SIE exam blueprint. Always check FINRA's official website for the latest exam updates.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or terminate the App at any time. In such cases, Premium purchasers will not be automatically refunded, but we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
