1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Smart Toolkit: All-in-One ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

Smart Toolkit: All-in-One is an offline collection of everyday tools that use your phone's sensors, including:

Measuring tools: bubble level, surface level, ruler, protractor, plumb line, distance/height estimator
Sensing tools: compass, magnifier, flashlight, mirror, metal/magnetic-field detector, light (lux) meter, vibration meter, QR & barcode scanner, camera heart-rate
Sound tools: metronome, chromatic tuner, decibel meter, tone generator, pitch detector
Motion tools: GPS speedometer, coordinates and altitude
Time tools: stopwatch, multi-label timers, interval/HIIT timer
Utility tools: tally counter, unit-price comparison, device & sensor info

Accuracy & Safety Disclaimer: All tools rely on consumer phone sensors and are provided for general, informational, and convenience purposes only. Readings are approximate and are not suitable for professional, construction, scientific, navigational, legal, financial, or safety-critical use. The camera-based heart-rate tool is for general wellness only and is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Always verify critical measurements with properly calibrated, purpose-built equipment. Corithm Flow Matrix is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from reliance on the App.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

Full use of every tool in the App
Saving up to 10 measurements
Up to 2 saved interval presets
Ads

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited saved measurements with CSV export
Decibel session logging, history and export
Extra metronome sound kits and alternate instrument tunings
Saved per-tool calibration
Home-screen widget shortcut
No ads

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. Do not use the speedometer, camera, or any tool in a way that distracts you while driving or operating machinery, or that infringes the privacy or rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (tool logic, UI design, icons, generated audio) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DECISIONS OR ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON SENSOR READINGS.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
