Note: Solar & Shading Pro does not require an account. All data (leads, projects, panel/inverter/battery selections, rebate selections, preferences, premium status) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open Solar & Shading Pro
- Go to Settings tab
- Tap "Clear All Data"
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Option 2: Uninstall the App
- Long-press the Solar & Shading Pro icon on your home screen
- Select "Uninstall" or drag to the uninstall area
- All locally stored data is permanently deleted
Option 3: Email Request
If you need written confirmation of data deletion or have questions:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Solar & Shading Pro"
We will respond within 48 hours confirming that no server-side data exists for your account.
What Gets Deleted
- All saved leads (name, email, phone, address, notes)
- All saved projects (system size, equipment selections, monthly usage, utility rate)
- All rebate and financing preferences
- App preferences and theme settings
- Premium purchase status (note: purchase can be restored via Google Play Restore Purchases)
What We Cannot Delete
- Google Play purchase records: Managed by Google. Contact Google Play support to request purchase history removal.
- AdMob advertising data: Managed by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for ad data deletion.
Data Retention
Since all user data is stored locally on your device, there is no server-side data retention. Once you uninstall the app or clear data, it is permanently gone and cannot be recovered.
