1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tattoo Studio Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tattoo Studio Manager is a mobile application designed to help users manage debt and plan mortgage payments. The App provides:

• Debt tracking for multiple debt types (credit cards, loans, medical bills, etc.)

3. No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes

The App is a calculator and planning tool only. We do NOT guarantee any specific financial outcomes. Results depend on:

• Accuracy of information you enter
• Your actual payment consistency
• Interest rate changes by lenders
• Your personal financial circumstances
• Market conditions (for mortgage and real estate calculations)

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying calculations with your lenders
• Making financial decisions based on professional advice
• Ensuring data accuracy of all inputs
• Understanding that projections are estimates, not guarantees

4. Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate financial calculations based on standard formulas:

• Mortgage payment: M = P[i(1+i)^n] / [(1+i)^n - 1]
• Compound interest calculations
• Amortization schedules based on standard banking formulas

However, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of all calculations in all edge cases
• Calculations match your specific lender's methodology
• Tax implications are accounted for (they are not)
• Fees, PMI, or other charges are included unless explicitly input

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Extract, copy, or redistribute App content without permission
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass App security measures
• Share Premium content with non-Premium users

Purchase Terms:

• One-time payment — no recurring charges, lifetime access
• Payment charged to Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• No subscription — you pay once and own it forever

Refund Policy: Subject to Google Play's refund policy. Contact dev@corithmflowmatrix.com for refund requests outside Google's policy.

7. Intellectual Property

App Content Ownership:

• App design, UI/UX, and code: © 2026 Tattoo Studio Manager. All rights reserved.
• PDF content: Original financial guides created by the developer
• Financial formulas: Standard mathematical formulas (not proprietary)

License Grant: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy of financial calculations

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any financial losses resulting from using the App
• Incorrect calculations due to user input errors
• Decisions made based on App projections
• Data loss if the App is uninstalled
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

10. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device only. The developer has no access to your financial data. If you uninstall the App, all data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
