Terms of Service — Tenant & Tenancy Manager

By downloading or using Tenant & Tenancy Manager ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the App.

2. What the App does

The App is a personal, tenant-side tool for organising your tenancy details, rent payments, deposit, condition/inventory reports, repair requests, key dates, documents and contacts. It is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

3. Not professional, legal or government advice

The App does not provide legal, financial or tenancy advice.
Deposit-scheme details, notice-period hints and checklist templates are general guidance only — always verify the rules that apply to your tenancy and region.
The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any deposit-protection scheme, letting agency, local authority, or government housing body. Renewal, notice-period, inspection and rent-review reminders are set only from the dates you enter. You are responsible for verifying all dates and obligations with the relevant official source.

4. Your data & backups

Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (use Settings → Back up data). Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage permanently deletes your data.

5. In-app purchases

The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" upgrade that removes ads and unlocks unlimited tenancies and photos, PDF export and PIN/biometric lock. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase.

6. Advertising

The free version displays ads. By using the free version you agree to the display of ads served by Google AdMob.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to circumvent purchase or security controls.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from missed dates, inaccurate figures, deposit disputes, data loss, or reliance on information in the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
