Note: UK Money does not require an account. All data (salary inputs, saved profiles, bills, budget and housemate splits) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Uninstalling UK Money permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

Salary calculator inputs and saved profiles
Bills, reminders and bill history
Budget categories and spending amounts
Housemate split names
App preferences and settings
Premium status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

Open device Settings
Go to Apps > UK Money
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Option 3: Email Request

If you have any concern about data, email us:

Subject: "UK Money - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All salary, bills, budget and preference data (deleted on uninstall)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored by us: Name, email, phone number, financial account details, location

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate, on uninstall or clearing storage
