Note: UK Mortgage & Stamp Duty does not require an account. All data (calculator inputs, saved scenarios and preferences) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Uninstalling UK Mortgage & Stamp Duty permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

Calculator inputs (property price, mortgage, deposit, income, region)
Saved scenarios (mortgage, stamp duty, buying costs, affordability, rent vs buy)
App preferences and settings
Premium status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

Open device Settings
Go to Apps > UK Mortgage
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Option 3: Email Request

If you have any concern about data, email us:

Subject: "UK Mortgage - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All calculator inputs, saved scenarios and preferences (deleted on uninstall)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored by us: Name, email, phone number, financial account details, location

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate, on uninstall or clearing storage
Email requests: Acknowledged within 30 days (though we hold no personal data to delete)
