Terms of Service for Yoga & Stretching Studio

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yoga & Stretching Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Yoga & Stretching Studio is an offline yoga and stretching companion that provides:
- A library of yoga poses and stretches with step-by-step cues
- Guided routines with a hands-free flow player and voice cues
- Multi-week progressive programs
- Breathing (pranayama) exercises with animated pacing
- Yoga nidra guided relaxation sessions
- A custom routine builder
- Flexibility tracking, practice history, and progress charts
- Optional desk-stretch and daily practice reminders
- Progress report and backup export
HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Yoga & Stretching Studio provides general fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only and is NOT medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, physical therapy, or the guidance of a qualified instructor. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, or other medical condition. Practice within your own limits, warm up appropriately, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. The developer accepts no liability for any injury, aggravation of a condition, or other harm resulting from use of the App.
3. Free and Premium Tiers
- Free Tier: Full access to the complete pose library, a selection of free guided routines, one free program, several free breathing exercises, one free yoga nidra session, flexibility tracking, and practice history. Custom routine creation is limited on the free tier. Ad-supported.
- Premium Tier (one-time purchase): Unlocks all routines, programs, breathing exercises, and yoga nidra sessions; unlimited custom routines; voice cues and background sounds during practice; progress report and backup export; and an ad-free experience. Price is displayed dynamically by Google Play in your local currency.
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and functionality of Yoga & Stretching Studio are the intellectual property of Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App. Instructional content is provided as a general wellness aid only.
5. User Responsibilities
- Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program
- Practice within your physical limits and stop if you feel pain or discomfort
- Use appropriate equipment (mat, props) and a safe practice space
- Treat the App as a general wellness aid, not a substitute for a qualified instructor or medical professional
- Maintain your own backups of practice data (data is stored locally only)
6. Limitation of Liability
Yoga & Stretching Studio and Corithm Flow Matrix are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Any injury, aggravation of a medical condition, or property damage resulting from use of the App
- Accuracy or completeness of instructional or wellness content in all conditions
- Health, fitness, or lifestyle decisions made by users
- Data loss due to device failure or app uninstallation
- Service interruptions or app unavailability
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
