Brain Games: Trivia & Puzzle ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our offline collection of trivia, word, and puzzle games. The App requires no account and no sign-in.

Data We Collect

Locally on your device only:

• Game results, scores, and best records
• Daily streaks and activity calendar
• Achievement progress and favorite packs
• Custom quizzes you create
• App preferences (theme, sound, large print)
• Premium purchase status

No personal information is required — no account creation, no email, no sign-in, no location data. All gameplay data stays on your device.

Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)

Free users see banner, interstitial, and app-open ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising ID (for ad delivery)
• General usage data for ad optimization

Upgrading to Pro removes all ads permanently. See Google's Privacy Policy for AdMob details.

Google Play Integrity

The App uses the Google Play Integrity API to help confirm that purchases are made on a genuine, untampered device. This sends a device-integrity token to Google. No personal data is collected through this process.

In-App Purchases

The optional one-time Pro purchase is processed by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed. We do NOT receive:

• Credit card or payment details
• Billing address
• Google account information

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except:

• Google (AdMob, Play Billing, Play Integrity) as described above
• When required by law

Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data.

Age Requirement & Children's Privacy

This App is intended for users aged 18 and over, or younger users with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
