1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brain Games: Trivia & Puzzle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App, or use it under the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Brain Games is an offline collection of casual brain games for entertainment. Features include:

Themed trivia packs, including a UK Pub Quiz pack
Word search and anagram puzzles
Riddles and brain teasers
Logic puzzles, Sudoku, and Nonogram
Memory match and spot-the-difference
Mental arithmetic drills and flags & capitals
A daily brain workout with streaks and an activity calendar
Pub Quiz host mode and two-player pass-and-play
Local leaderboard, achievements, custom quiz builder, and tournaments

While we aim for accuracy, facts can change and occasional errors may occur. The content should not be relied upon as professional, academic, legal, or factual authority. Corithm Flow Matrix is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on the App's content.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier includes:

All core games and free trivia & word packs
One daily challenge attempt per day
One hint and one 50-50 lifeline per round
Banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

All premium trivia and word packs
Unlimited daily challenge replays
Unlimited hints and 50-50 lifelines
Detailed statistics and charts
Custom quiz builder and tournaments
No advertisements

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the App, and not to use the App in any unlawful manner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (game logic, question and puzzle databases, UI design, artwork) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Quizzes you create within the App remain yours to share.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
