By downloading, installing, or using Cigar & Whiskey Journal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Cigar & Whiskey Journal is a personal, offline journaling app for adult hobbyists to record and organize their own tasting notes and collections. Features include:

Cigar journal with brand, vitola, wrapper, strength, ratings and notes
Whiskey journal with expression, type, region, proof, ratings and notes
Structured tasting records (appearance, aroma, palate, finish)
Humidor humidity / temperature readings and cigar aging tracker
Bar / collection bottle inventory with pour and cost tracking
Wishlist and festival / event logs
Curated pairing suggestions for reference

Free Tier includes:

Up to 7 entries per section (journals, tastings, collection, wishlist, and more)
Core journaling and tracking features
Advertisements

Pro Tier (one-time lifetime purchase) includes:

Unlimited entries in every section
No advertisements
Full access to all features

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play
Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no subscription
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law
Pro status is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on reinstall

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (UI design, pairing data, app logic) is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORITHM FLOW MATRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
