Terms of Service for Cleaning Bid Estimator

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleaning Bid Estimator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cleaning Bid Estimator is a business tool for cleaning service providers. It provides:

Walkthrough-based cleaning job estimators (residential and commercial)
Per-hour and per-square-foot pricing models
Recurring service discount calculations
Add-on pricing (oven, refrigerator, windows)
Client record management (Pro feature)
Professional PDF quote generation with optional client e-signature (Pro feature)

⚠️ IMPORTANT — ESTIMATOR DISCLAIMER:

The App is an estimation tool. All quotes, hours, and prices generated by the App are suggestions only, based on the inputs you provide and industry-standard multipliers. Actual job costs depend on real-world conditions including but not limited to property condition, accessibility, supplies, labor markets, taxes, and insurance. You are solely responsible for the prices you quote and contracts you enter into with your clients. The App is not a substitute for professional judgment.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

4. In-App Purchases (Pro Upgrade)

The Pro upgrade is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks saving clients, generating PDF quotes, capturing e-signatures, and removes ads.
All purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google's Terms.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
Pricing may vary by region and is displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass Pro restrictions or fraudulently obtain Pro features
Use the App to harass, defraud, or mislead clients

6. PDF Quotes

PDF quotes generated by the App include the data you enter (your business profile, the client information, the estimate values, and any e-signature captured). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for delivering the PDF to your client through your own communication channels.

7. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that estimates will reflect any specific market price.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost contracts, mispriced jobs, or business losses.

9. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
