4. User Responsibilities

Non-refundable: All purchases are final, subject to Google Play's refund policy
Device-specific: Premium is tied to your Google Play account

Refunds are handled by Google Play. Contact Google Play support for refund requests within their policy window.

7. Advertisements

The free version displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to view ads. You may remove ads by purchasing Premium.

8. No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do NOT guarantee:

That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
That question content is 100% accurate or up-to-date
That using the App will result in passing the official exam
That the App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are NOT liable for any damages arising from your use of the App
We are NOT responsible if you fail the official EPA 608 exam
We are NOT liable for data loss, device damage, or lost study time
