Terms of Service for Food Manager Master 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Food Manager Master 2026 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Food Manager Master 2026 is an educational study tool designed to help users prepare for the ServSafe Manager Certification exam. The App provides:

• 175 flashcards covering 6 ServSafe exam categories
• 90-question practice tests with timer and scoring
• 6 interactive visual diagrams for food safety concepts
• 5 comprehensive cheat sheets for quick reference
• Spaced repetition algorithm for efficient learning

3. Educational Disclaimer

• The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe, or any state health department.
• Content is based on publicly available food safety guidelines (FDA Food Code) and may not reflect the most current ServSafe exam format.
• Passing practice tests in the App does NOT guarantee passing the official ServSafe exam.
• Users must complete official ServSafe training and pass the proctored exam to obtain certification.

4. Free vs. Premium Access

Free Version (Ad-Supported)

• Full access to all flashcards, practice tests, diagrams, and cheat sheets
• Banner and interstitial advertisements displayed
• Requires active internet connection to display ads
• Cannot be used offline

Premium Version ($3.99 USD one-time purchase)

• All ads removed
• Offline access to all content
• One-time purchase (no subscription)
• Purchase is non-refundable after 48 hours (per Google Play policy)
• Linked to your Google Play account for restoration across devices

5. Internet Connection Requirement (Free Users)

Free version users MUST maintain an active internet connection to use the App.

• The App will check for internet connectivity periodically
• If no connection is detected, the App will display an error and prevent access
• This requirement ensures ads are displayed (which funds free access)
• Premium users are NOT subject to this restriction and can use the App offline

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and code in the App are © 2026 Corithm Flow Matrix
• Food safety information is derived from public domain sources (FDA Food Code)
• You may NOT copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App
• Screenshots and sharing for educational purposes are permitted

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or bypass advertisements (free users)
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or exploit the App's infrastructure
• Distribute modified versions of the App

8. Limitation of Liability

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are NOT liable for exam failures, job losses, or other consequences of using the App
• We do NOT guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content
• Food safety practices change - always verify with official ServSafe materials

9. In-App Purchases (IAP)

• Premium upgrade is a one-time purchase ($3.99 USD)
• Processed securely via Google Play Billing
• Non-refundable after 48 hours (per Google Play refund policy)
• Contact dev@corithmflowmatrix.com for purchase issues
• Use "Restore Purchase" in Settings if purchase doesn't sync across devices

10. Advertisements (Free Users)

• Ads are provided by Google AdMob
• We do NOT control ad content or targeting
• Offensive ads can be reported via AdMob's reporting mechanism
• Ads may collect device advertising ID (see Privacy Policy)

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data.

12. Changes to Content

We may update, modify, or remove content from the App at any time without notice. This includes:

• Flashcard questions and answers
• Practice test questions
• Diagrams and cheat sheets
• App features

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the App for violating these Terms
• Discontinue the App at any time (with reasonable notice)
• Modify pricing for future purchases (existing purchasers unaffected)

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (where the developer is based) and international consumer protection laws. Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
