Terms of Service for Grocery & Shopping List

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Grocery & Shopping List ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to accept these Terms and use the App.

3. Use of the App

The App helps you create and organize shopping lists, categorize items into store aisles, track running totals and budgets, and reuse templates and favorites. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Not Financial or Nutritional Advice

Budget totals, price history, and category suggestions are provided for your convenience only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The App does not provide financial, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always verify prices and product details in-store.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features and removes ads. Purchases are processed and managed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency at the time of purchase.

6. Advertisements

The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes ads.

7. Your Data

You are responsible for your own list data. Because everything is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing its storage will permanently delete your data. We recommend using the export/share features to keep copies of important lists.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that category suggestions, calculations, or any feature will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or missed purchases, arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
