1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Home & DIY Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are using the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

Home & DIY Calculator is an offline suite of home-improvement calculators and a project cost estimator. Features include:

Material calculators: paint, wallpaper, tiling, flooring, skirting & trim, insulation, radiator/heating (BTU)
Concrete & masonry: concrete (slab/footing/column), post-hole concrete, brick & block, mortar mix
Outdoor: fencing, decking, roofing, gravel/soil/mulch
Structure: stair stringer, rafter angle, ladder safe angle
A metric/imperial unit converter
Saved projects with material and labour cost roll-up, and PDF/CSV shopping lists (Pro)

Estimates-Only Disclaimer: All calculators and estimates in this App are provided for general guidance and reference only. Results are approximate and may not account for every site condition, product specification, wastage factor, or local building regulation. Always order approximately 10% extra material for cuts, waste and breakages, and confirm final quantities with your supplier before purchasing. Structural, stair, rafter, ladder and load-related outputs are informational only and are not a substitute for professional engineering advice or compliance with building codes. Corithm Flow Matrix is not liable for material shortfalls or overspend, project costs, property damage, injury, or any other outcome resulting from use of this App. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow manufacturer and regulatory guidance for all DIY work.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use this App, as it relates to construction and DIY activities that may involve tools and hazards.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time "Pro" purchase that unlocks unlimited saved projects, PDF/CSV shopping lists, labour and markup lines, and removes ads. Purchases are processed and managed by Google Play. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

5. Advertising

The free version displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Upgrading to Pro removes all ads.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, calculators and content, is owned by Corithm Flow Matrix and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corithm Flow Matrix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its estimates.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
