Note: IronBody Calisthenics Coach does not require an account. All data (skill progress, workout sessions, body metrics, routines, and preferences) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data automatically.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)

Simply uninstalling IronBody Calisthenics Coach from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including:

All skill-tree progress (unlocked, in-progress, and mastered levels)
Workout sessions, sets, reps, and hold durations
Body-weight and body-measurement entries
Custom routines
Onboarding self-assessment answers
App preferences and settings
Premium purchase status (note: Pro can be restored via Google Play)

Option 2: Clear App Data (keep the app installed)

To delete all local data while keeping the app installed:

Go to your device Settings
Navigate to Apps > IronBody Calisthenics Coach
Tap Storage & cache
Tap Clear Storage

Option 3: Reset Progress (inside the app)

To reset your training progress without uninstalling, open Settings inside the App and use the reset option. This clears your skill progress and logged data from your device.

Option 4: Email Request (for Analytics Data)

To request deletion of anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics, email us at:

dev@corithmflowmatrix.com

Subject line: "IronBody Calisthenics Coach - Data Deletion Request"
Include your approximate device type (Android model)
Include approximate date of last app use

What Data Is Stored Where

On your device: All skill progress, workout, body-metric, and routine data (deleted on uninstall)
Google Analytics: Anonymous, non-personal usage statistics (deletion processed within 30 days of email request)
Google Play: Purchase receipt for Pro (managed by Google; we cannot delete this)
NOT stored on any server: Your name, your training data, your body metrics, or any other personal data

What Data Is NOT Stored

We do NOT store your name, email, or any personal identifiers
We do NOT store your training data on any server
We do NOT store credit card or payment details (handled entirely by Google Play)
We do NOT have a user account system — there is nothing to "delete" server-side

Deletion Timeframe

Local data: Immediate (upon app uninstall or clearing app storage)
Analytics data: Within 30 days of email request
